Automating Quality for the Modern Gypsum Plant
Achieve unmatched quality assurance with our state-of-the-art vision inspection systems tailored for gypsum production. We meticulously inspect every aspect of your products, ensuring compliance with the highest industry standards.

Quality control in gypsum manufacturing has never been more critical — or more challenging. Surface defects and dimensional inconsistencies demand inspection systems that are fast, reliable, and precise. That’s where 20/20 Robotics comes in.
Our advanced vision inspection and automation solutions are purpose-built for the demands of the gypsum industry. Thanks to breakthroughs in camera technology and real-time processing, our systems can detect subtle defects and deviations that traditional methods miss — even in tough production environments where dust, heat, and fast-moving lines are a daily reality.
Whether you’re focused on improving product appearance, catching dimensional flaws, or ensuring board consistency, our systems adapt to your process, not the other way around. We help gypsum manufacturers maintain strict quality standards while increasing throughput and reducing labor costs.
The result? Real-time quality monitoring, immediate reaction capabilities, and better data for continuous improvement. Our systems don’t just spot problems — they help you prevent them from reaching your customers, safeguarding your reputation and boosting operational efficiency.
With decades of experience and a flexible, collaborative approach, 20/20 Robotics delivers real ROI: fewer defects, faster response times, and smarter, data-driven production decisions.

Ensure every board leaves the line with the correct, legible product identification using our OCR Inspection System. This technology reads and verifies printed codes on gypsum board in real time, checking for presence, accuracy, and legibility — so you catch labeling issues before they become costly problems.

This innovative system utilizes 3D profilometers to precisely measure gypsum board width during the forming process with an accuracy of +/- 1/32 of an inch. It also evaluates the edge angle to ensure correct formation and detects dip/cupping along the board edge—critical indicators often overlooked by competitors.
